Booking Policy for Ezy Advertising Management’s Studio/Space Rental Service

At Ezy Advertising Management, we have established a clear and transparent booking policy to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our Studio/Space Rental service. Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

  1. Booking Process: To initiate a booking, please contact our dedicated team either through our website, email, or phone. Provide details regarding your project, including the desired date(s), duration, and any specific requirements you may have. Our team will work closely with you to confirm availability and provide a quote based on your needs.
  2. Reservation Confirmation: Once all details are finalized and agreed upon, we require a reservation deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
    • Cancellations made more than [2] days prior to the scheduled booking will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit.
    • Cancellations made within [1] day of the scheduled booking will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
    For rescheduling requests, we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled bookings, depending on the revised dates and duration.
  4. Payment Terms: The remaining balance for your booking, excluding the reservation deposit, is due on or before the scheduled date of your project. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or online payment platforms. Our team will provide you with detailed payment instructions for your convenience.
  5. Damage and Liability: As the renter, you are responsible for any damages caused to the studio or equipment during your booking. We require a signed rental agreement that outlines your liability and responsibilities regarding the use of our facilities and equipment. Any damages or missing items will be billed separately after your rental period.
  6. Additional Services: If you require additional services, such as equipment rentals, set design assistance, or technical support, please inform us in advance. We offer a range of supplementary services to enhance your experience, and our team will provide you with detailed pricing and options.
  7. Studio Rules and Regulations: To maintain a professional and safe environment, we have specific rules and regulations that must be followed during your rental period. These guidelines cover aspects such as noise levels, equipment usage, and studio cleanliness. We kindly request that you and your team adhere to these guidelines at all times.
