Ezy Advertising Management Limited is recruiting a highly organised, technologically proficient and strategically aware account coordinator to oversee client communication, digital coordination and internal workflow management across multiple marketing accounts.
This is a full-time hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in office. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of online marketing platforms, creative judgement and operational discipline within a fast-paced agency environment.
This role is central to maintaining structure, client satisfaction and execution quality.
Role Overview
The account coordinator serves as the operational bridge between clients and the internal creative team. This individual ensures campaigns are properly coordinated, deadlines are enforced, digital platforms are managed effectively and communication remains clear and professional.
Core Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Maintain structured and timely communication
- Coordinate strategic meetings and campaign updates
- Manage expectations professionally and proactively
Digital Platform Coordination
- Oversee scheduling and publishing via Meta Business Suite and other relevant tools
- Monitor content performance and flag concerns
- Assist with campaign tracking and reporting
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms
Creative & Campaign Oversight
- Review content drafts prior to submission for brand alignment
- Coordinate revision cycles efficiently
- Maintain structured approval processes
- Support campaign rollout timelines
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Monitor invoice timelines and follow up professionally
- Track scope of work adherence
- Maintain organised CRM and internal documentation systems
Required Qualifications
Academic Requirements
- Minimum of five CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an asset
